Apple has announced record-breaking profits for the third quarter of 2008.
The computer and consumer electronics manufacturer revealed that for the period ending June 28th this year it had attained revenues of $7.46 billion (£3.7 billion) and recorded net quarterly profit of $1.07 billion.
